I was looking for a low dosage of caffeine to replace my soda drinking. I really like the idea of having electrolytes included in my caffeine, it would be great to see a night time electrolyte but strong with magnesium.I was planning on using two of these a day but if I get all my sleep at night I only use one. Which is less caffeine than the soda I was drinking.

I am on spirolactone which is a diuretic and makes it hard to hold onto water. These are great to add first thing in the AM with water, before/after a workout, or really whenever you need a few extra electrolytes. The instructions say to not take more than 10 in a 24 hour period so each individual pill only has a small amount of electrolytes. I like this because I can very easily control how much I want to take on any given day based on my activity levels, etc.I was getting sick of drinking sports drinks and this has been a great option for when I want to drink water but need the electrolytes in order for my body to hold onto the water and not have it just go straight through me!
