Rubbish
Brought these to try and come off the nicorrette sprays - such a horrid taste that i threw the out. Rubbish product for fresh breath and other uses. Definitely not recommended!

I'm using these in my attempt to quit vaping 10 weeks in and it seems to be working ,I ve used the other type on sale here but they were a bit harsh on my throat these are much milder and more natural
