My favorite
I am a weird one, I don't like wet cereal, I eat all cereal dry, this I eat the larger pieces as a trail mix thingy and the bottom of the bag gets like crumbs, so I add it to my yogurt, but I love it, the ingredeitns are good in my humble opinion, I look for soy free, erythritol free, low sat fat, low cholesterol...I also like low carb and high protein...thanks Julian Bakery for leaving the recipe the same too ;-)

Great BUT Moldy
I am a nutritionist and a big fan of this product and have ordered it several times, since I love how high protein and low carb it is. The taste tis great too. And, for the most part, the ingredients are clean other than the fact that the egg whites are clearly not organic. I love also that it is only sweetened by monk fruit, as that is a low glycemic and one of the most healthy sweetness. My one issue with this product is that it has contained mold in it a few times. There was a strong taste in some but not all of it. Peanut mold is not uncommon and can be dangerous. It is called Aflatoxin which is a potent human carcinogen. The fact that they do not send their product via FedEx but rather USPS meant that it also sat in my mailbox for a full day in Florida during the summer. However, even when it has arrived at my front door, I have experienced this issue, so they may want to reconsider the packaging, expiration dates, shipping speed/shipper or processing.

TASTY AND CRUNCHY!
I cannot say enough good things about this tasty, crunchy granola. A bonus is that is it sweetened with monk fruit rather than cane sugar, honey, corn syrup, etc., or even stevia. While the health concerns surrounding the former are well known, stevia has been touted as a natural, low calorie, low carbohydrate natural sweetener substitute for sugar, all of which is true. Although the verdict is still out, some studies indicate that long-term use of stevia can lead to weight gain in some individuals. Apparently, this is attributable to the fact that given stevia’s sweetness, the body expects it to be sugar, which it is not. In order to resolve this confusion, the body breaks down and stores stevia as fat. Thus far, I have not seen any studies indicating this issue with monk fruit although I am not certain why this is the case given the seeming similarity between stevia and monk fruit. That said, the one caveat of this granola, which may not, however, be a cause for concern for some customers, is that only about 2/3rd or 3/4th of the bag is composed of actual peanut clusters. The remaining portion is composed of free-floating peanuts, lots of sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, and cluster crumbs. However, you may not notice this until you reach the bottom 3rd or 4th of the bag. My preference would be for the entire bag to be composed of clusters. However, that might require a level of microlevel quality control that would be too time-consuming.

YUM!!
True story...laying in bed scrolling on my phone and it’s 11:15 pm. I am on Amazon and see that my peanut butter granola has been delivered. I had checked the mailbox when I got home so that meant it was in the door! Excellent, because I was willing to get out of bed and go to the door vs. going outside to claim my order.I had read a lot of good reviews about this product I so was excited to try it. I poured 1/2 cup into a bowl, added almond milk and a packet of Truvia. Delicious! One of the best bowls of “cereal” I have ever had. Completely worth the violation of not eating before you go to bed. I still crave sweets so the Truvia packet was perfect. It was very good plain as well. Will definitely be purchasing again.P.S. Other reviewers complained about bigger pieces. I thought the pieces were fine. The cluster broke up very easily with a spoon.

Great Fiber, if you like crumbs!
I am not sure why I keep buying this product. I do like that it is gluten-free, high in protein and fiber, and tasty. Unfortunately, each time I purchase this item, 1/4 of the cereal is intact, and the other 3/4 consists of crumbs. I have gravitated to another gluten-free cereal that is not as high in protein and fiber, but it arrives intact and is very tasty. I supplement that cereal with the crumbs from the Julian Bakery product.

Expensive but good brand
This company puts out a good quality product, but a little high priced. This granola goes well with almond milk. Best feature - 2 net carbs. I regularly purchase their Espresso bars, but all their bars are currently unavailable due to "major production problems".
