We bought this to add to our workout room. Works great! Doesn’t make any noise. You can adjust the weight to meet your specific needs. It adds great value to our forearm/grip training. Easy design to be able to hold comfortably during your work out. Would purchase again!!

Preparing for a spartan race and needed something to work on my grip. The best thing here is the pistol grip thing with the spring; you can tune it to your desired level of strength. The other things are kind of fun and a lot of variety, but you can’t increase the level of them, so they aren’t quite as useful. But overall, I’m happy with the set and think it will help me.

Had this for one year. I used to every day, 150 reps 3 sets. I got it to 120lbs setting and was able to hit 100 straight for the last month. lol I broke the spring! Wasn’t even mad! 🧐 forearms are jacked! Price is cheap and great way to build up to my next set. Going to work on 150-200lbs gripper now.

These function very well and are super adjustable. Got them to work on my hand strength. They dont make any noise and arent heavy. Seem very durable. I like that there are a few options for the price. A good package of work outs.

Set is nice but it is not for everyone. Grippers start at 7 - 8 lbs pressure, to high for some people to use even at the lowest setting. Finger extender is made for some one with large hands, to big for a small handed person.

This grip strengthening package works. There are several options to work your fingers and hands. All the included items seem to be well made and they all function as they should.

This is meeting my objective. Within a few weeks I will determine of it deserves 5 stars. Everything advertised came in the box . Delivery was fast as well
