I start my morning every morning with this. Also good while working out, walking, hiking. Effectiveness, quality, taste, ingredients, value for money… all 10/10

This powder dissolves quickly and tastes great. In the colder months it is difficult for me to stay properly hydrated and the headaches are the worst. This solution does not pile on the caffeine or the sugar. I am trying to stay keto and this is a great tool for me. I think the potassium and magnesium have really helped with lag cramps and difficulty sleeping

The Evogen Hydration - Electrolytes Powder has a decent flavor and I do feel like it helps make me a bit more hydrated vs. just drinking water. I'm notoriously dehydrated so I'm always on the look out for electrolyte drinks and things. The Strawberry Lemonade flavor is good but I did notice the salt flavor. All in all it is a decent electrolyte option.

For my workouts I usually just bring a cold water container. I thought I'd give this product a try. The taste is pretty good. Tastes like a lemonade drink. No complaints there. The powder dissolves easily as well. As for its effectiveness, I'd say it's been a disappointment. Haven't noticed any benefit over plain water. It says it contains no sugar but definitely tastes sugary. As for the electrolyte replenishment claim, again am not noticing anything. I'd prefer a Gatorade if needed.So overall it's a decent tasting sports drink that I'll continue to use until gone but won't be reordering.
