I’m a real person and not AI!!!!
While I was skeptical about ordering the cheese during a Northeast heatwave I splurged and bought it. Once I received it, the cooler pack was warm but the minute I shook the bag I knew my fears were alleviated…..it was not melted and still in cube form, as to the taste, don’t know yet….but all the don’t buy reviews pretty much we’re about the state of the cheese that showed up…..mine was 100% absolutely fine!

Pretty good
It is good quality but you can't really taste mozzarella in sausage or cheese sticks.

Beginners needed
Love this cheese used it for the first time we made sausage. If you’re newbie buying sausage supplies and thinking “do I really need the cheese?” It’s worth it! Our first run wasn’t perfect but the ones with cheese inside were much better, and made us more likely to try again! Its a great product

Made great bacon blue meatballs
Perfect blue cheese for making bacon blue cheese meat balls. Did not melt and run out during cooking, but got perfectly melty. Would recommend and will buy again. Going to order the Swiss to make Ruben balls next.

Adding cheese to homemade sausage.
I saw this product online just before I made my first homemade beer bratwurst. I liked the idea of adding cheese to the recipe, so I ordered these little cubes. I ended up using half the bag of cheese cubes—which is the amount recommended on the package based on the weight of the pork. After I stuffed the casings, I simmered the brats in beer until they were cooked through. The cheese cubes stayed intact through the cooking process with only a slight amount of melting. The sausage was delicious with the addition of the cheese. The label on the cheese advised against freezing, but with a 30 day use by date on my package, I decided to freeze it anyway. If that was a mistake, I’ll come back and post more info. Otherwise, I can’t wait to try other flavors of cheese!
