Absolutely thrilled with this purchase! The delivery experience was top-notch — I was contacted both the day before and on the day to confirm the delivery time, which was really reassuring. The sofa arrived in three parts and was incredibly easy to put together. It fits perfectly in our living room and is super comfortable to sit on. Couldn’t have asked for more — it’s been a perfect purchase from start to finish. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and comfy addition to their home!

3 seats on the sofa were burst within a week of receiving. Have been trying to get these replaced for 4 months and the seller sends one message and then ignores after saying they would replace them. IGNORE the 1 year warranty because it doesn't exist. Terrible communication. Beautiful sofa but that's as far as it goes. Would give 0 stars if it was an option.

Love my new sofa great value for money and it’s so comfy, my only issue was that the delivery driver was so rude kept giving different times went from 2-6 to 7-9 then said he would be here by 10pm latest when texting him asking what time roughy he got arsey the sofa finally arrived at gone 11pm not really ideal when you have a 9month old baby trying to sleep and then a sofa being delivered. He did offer to bring upstairs to our flat but we would have to pay even though it was only 1 flight of stairs glad we didn’t as they was really loud bringing sofa into communal area. Just thought it was really unusual that a sofa was being delivered that late so unprofessional.

The media could not be loaded. Received the sofa today and it looks great definitely smaller than it looks in photos (not a bad thing for us as we have a smaller living room so it works fantastic for us 🤗 drivers were fantastic and brought it upstairs for us for no charge !! Absolutely love it can’t wait to have cozy family nights 🙂

Brilliant fast service, the delivery was excellent , the two men brought the sofas inside and placed us I requested I have been unable to unwrap us my presant sofas are still here . But very pleased with sizes and very well wrapped .
