It's very effective, not only does it help with sensitivity, but it also whitens your teeth. It's a basic white toothpaste with no strong taste, which I actually prefer. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey compared to regular brands, but considering how well it works, I'd say its worth it. Overall, a great product and product size.

Great product for sensitive gums. Other products tried caused too much enamel breakdown which is common in my family. This product has kept me from getting cavities for nearly 10 years.
