Love this clarity enhancing pick me up!
Love this product! Been trying to cut back on my coffee (staining my teeth) and this a great alternative. I really like the refreshing spearmint flavor and the vitamin B6 benefit. Excellent midday pick me up and the packaging is great! No spills and fits smoothly even in a clutch or small bag. Highly recommend!

Very bad taste negates any benefit

Amazing!
I was looking for a product to give me the energy to handle my 9-5 and my baby at the same time and these mints outdid that!! These mints are delicious and keep my focused and energized!! Truly impressed

Powerful!
These mints smell great and taste good too! The minty flavor is really nice, and powerful! I love the clean ingredients, and that I get a nice caffeine boost without staining my teeth ;) the energy boost is not intense tho, it’s more like calm and steady, which I like (because who loves a sugar spike and crash? Nobody. And that’s what you often get with other mints.) and I’m definitely not experiencing any jittery feelings either. Calm and sustained energy for the win!

A Minty Boost!
I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoy these mints. Normally, I take a vitamin B and alpha GPC supplement, but these mints have made it unnecessary. They even contain l-theanine, which is a nice bonus. The taste is fantastic, and they give me a little pick-me-up during the day without making me feel jittery or causing any negative health effects.

I took 4-mints...........DIDN'T FEEL NOTHING, NADDAH, ZERO, ZILCH!!!
*First I took 3-mints, then nothing.....then 4-mints, still nothing, now I'm up to 6-mints AT ONCE......AND STILL NOTHING!!!!!**SO I'M BACK TO DRINKING BLACK COFFEE w/L-THEANINE WHICH IS MUCH BETTER!!!*

Help with energy
These definitely give me a boost throughout the day when needed. Only thing I don't like is the bitter taste. It has a sweet spearmint taste in the beginning but that wears off. I can deal with the bitterness though especially because they do help. Definitely easier to use than shotgunning a red bull.
