However, we are disappointed to report that the issue persists—it is still not recording.The camera was originally sent to you for inspection and proper repair of the recording function, but unfortunately, the problem remains unresolved.Kindly advise on the next steps. Should we send the camera back to you once again for further checking and repair? Easy Setup
I love how easy it was to set this camera up. Within minutes, I had the CP-E45A up and running in my living room. The picture quality is really clear, and I can see what’s happening at home when I’m away. I also really like that I can control it from my phone, even when I’m not there. Great camera!

Third Class customer support
Third Class customer support both, Amazon and CP plus. You can not get any type of support from both. If you get low quality product, you can not return or replace. Amazon will say to go CP plus and cp plus will say to go amazon. Please if you want your harden eared money save, please don't buy any product of CP Plus to avoid your losses.

Camera not work without WiFi and camera's hanging mount is very loose..
The media could not be loaded. I was no idea for this camera is not proper work without any Wifi connection, And sorry for this camera is not sufficient for me. And one more issue for this, camera's hanging mount is very loose..I'm refund this camera not replace, Please help me 🙏🏻

Poor camera quality blur image
Bought this thinking it to be 4mp for indoor office use but unable to clearly see the face of people just 10ft away from camera even with proper lights on …I thought lens is dirty but it’s the poor quality
