Listen to whoever says this stuff doesn’t work isn’t taking it properly and most likely don’t have your routine in check. Take it on a empty stomach and let it settle great stuff . It works

I don’t know what it is about the ingredients in this product compared to some of the others, but it works really well. I go to sleep quickly and wake up feeling rested. I tried using a different ZMA that has Boron in it, but that one did nothing. After 2 nights, I purchased another bottle of this.

I was unsure about this stuff at first. I love to try new supplements, and I initially got this as a muscle growth and recovery supplement. While I’m well into my fitness journey and it will take some time for me to see really noticeable results, I have been hitting PRs much more frequently. But the unexpected part….the mood lift! I don’t notice any difference in sleep but I do wake up feeling well rested every single morning. I usually get up at 5 am and have a heard time being ready for the day, but ever since taking this stuff I am ready to take on whatever comes my way and with a smile on my face. My boss asked me why I was so happy on a Monday. The mood lift and rested feeling are something I thought I would never feel again, and after taking this stuff before bed I wake up every morning feeling more like myself and more like a real person. Absolutely worth it a hundred times over.

I started to take this as directed and for a week I think (or maybe just placebo affect) though I was feeling a little bit more energetic and stronger. Unfortunately, it did not last long as my normal aches and pains came on with a passion. Knees, low back, shoulders all started hurting as bad as ever. It is important to note that I didn’t increase my daily activity, as we have been experiencing bad drought and heat in my area. So I mostly stayed inside and kept cool. I’m not blaming this product for my increased pain, I’m just not sure it’s helping. So after taking this stuff for 2 1/2 weeks and as an experiment, I discontinued using it and my pain slowly eased up. Again, I’m not blaming this product as this could have happened regardless of whether I took it or not and is the nature of my every day pain anyways. All I can say is it really didn’t do much for me.

These are some of the best ZMA supplements I have found. The ingredients and doses seem effective, and the two-pack is great value for the price. I use these to try and help improve the quality of my sleep, and I wake up feeling better rested. I have found these especially helpful after hard workouts where falling asleep can be difficult. Overall, highly recommended.

Quality sleep especially if you are new to this. My dreams are much more intense and deep. I usually wake up 2-4 times a night for various reasons, while taking the supplements and I sleeping until the morning. Also the added benefits of taking magnesium and zinc.
