Def can feel a difference
I have been taking these for months now and def feel a difference in energy and sleep. I added these to a combo routine of vitamins and meds but def saw a difference once talking these in addition to this combo.

Good quality, good taste but never experienced any difference with the product.

Energy booster
As a women over 40 my energy level was low. I have been taking these for about a month and have seen improvements in my energy level and mood. I have had more energy to stay active and keep up with my kids. I have been sleeping better as well. Feeling more rested in the morning and can get up earlier.

I have not noticed anything different yet. I still wake up during the night and I combine this with Amberen pills for menopause.

Tastes so good and energy is coming back!!
Ever since I turned 39 I’ve noticed a lot of changes in my body with my hormones and figured I was entering the perimenopausal stage.
