Not worth it
I followed the directions on the bottle and took 2 capsules per day for about two weeks and felt and saw absolutely no effects. It’s not worth spending time and money on this. Maybe it’s not as pure as it says it is.

Dosage concern
Everything I’ve read says max dosage of 500-1000 mg.. this is 10,000. Concerned that this is a dangerously large dosage.
