Does the job. Helps muscle cramps and helps with sleep.**It is a big pill however with the number of reviews stating how big they are, you should known better when ordering...sheesh.

Doctor recommended that I take magnesium to help with my muscle spasms in my legs when I go to bed. As it relaxes the muscles and can help me sleep. However they do work as far as I can tell but beware they are a very large size tablet and a little bit hard to swallow whole. Not sure if they can be broken in half I do not do that.

These tablets are absolutely HUGE! Definitely horse pills! I made the mistake of trying to swallow the first one and it got stuck in my esophagus. I was finally able to dislodge it with my coffee. It was quite painful! Luckily the tablets are easy to break and I’ve been breaking them into multiple pieces in order to swallow them. Hopefully they are working to elevate my magnesium levels. Haven’t taken them long enough to notice much of a difference.

I choked pretty badly on the first, and LAST pill I tried to swallow. It only went so far and then it would not budge. I could tell where it was by the pain and that was scary. It seemed like I would never get it down. Its not a capsule so water wouldn't melt it down and it wasn't melting from the water I kept drinking. I'm sure it was all over in less than a minute but it felt much longer. The pills are 7/8 inch long -- 3/8 inch wide and 3/8 inch deep. I just want to let you know. I think I will shop local for magnesium from now on or find a brand that shows the size on the front. Two pills would have been so much easier.

This is a very good brand of magnesium. Priced right & it has kept my magnesium level up where it should be. Good buy.

Probably the biggest pill I've ever had to swallow, even cut in half it's hard to swallow. Definitely not recommended for people who struggle taking pills. I put my daily potassium next to it for size comparison.

If you have a problem with big tablets, these are not for you. Hard to tell how effective they are but they don’t make sick or give me diarrhea.
