Excellent product. From the packaging which is a very nice green glass jar, to the instructions which are clear and easy to follow. I had very little stomach upset. I had some bubbling stomach for one day and that went away. I have experienced less bloating with Seed. I feel like my stomach feels great. Seed helps with digestion and gut biome. Really saves money if you get the subscription. I take mine in the morning. It takes about a week or two to start really noticing the difference. But I do really stand behind Seed and I genuinely believe that it works. I keep mine in the fridge to help the probiotics stay alive longer.I use Seed every single day and I love it.

Highly recommend for the best health and good gut easy to swallow

I've used so many other probiotics and it's been a drop in the sea with no noticable results. This immediately has helped me. I notice my digestion is a lot better. I use it in tandem with vitamin D3 and k2 because I am deficient in those. I only take one a day to save money. I'm not going to take 50$ worth of vitamins a month. Taking half each month makes me feel better about the price. Even with just one a day the results are noticable and I don't see a reason I'd need 2. For reference I am 115 pounds.

I think these are probably the best probiotics I have taken they definitely help with regularity however I am still dealing with uncomfortable bloating

I feel better in my gut when I take this I try to never miss a day. Side effects when I go to the bathroom I have to urinate a ton so I know it’s taking the water weight out to keep the bloating from happening. I don’t get that I’m pregnant full feeling and my pants are too tight after I eat anymore. I’ve already bought it twice, and I will be buying it again.

What in the holy grail of probiotics is this? Is it magic? I have been taking another brand of probiotics from Amazon and they were ok. I got a little backed up and saw these on sale during prime day. I thought… what the heck. If they don’t work, I can send them back! (Prime perks). As soon as they arrived I took a dose. By the morning, I was relieved of my constipation! Bloating is now down! I’m back to my regular flow! Not sure why folks are saying upset stomach. I feel so much better! Now… how do I get the refill pack so I can refill this glass jar?

I typically do not take a pill form but was sold on the concept of the second inner capsule releasing in the smaller intestine. However, I was super turned off on the concept of a subscription. I am always weary on that kind of marketing. I am currently in the middle of the first Jar. I did not use the manufacture site as they do NOT offer a single purchase. They offer less cost than other sites but that goes with a subscription so irregardless you will get another jar every month. I do not take the highest dose so I would not need monthly (maybe every other month but that was not an option). I thought the packaging was super wasteful and actually disturbed me as way too much money is spent on the wow in packaging (seen my fill of shark tank). Now that I have the jar I went to Amazon to purchase a refill and their is no ability to purchase a refill package. You literally have to purchase it all over again even though instructions tell you to save the jar for refills. The only site that sells refills is the manufacutre site and they dont sell it unless it is by subscription. What is the deal with that? I cannot give an true experience of the benefits of the product because they only want you on a subscription regardless if you use one pill or three pills a day and I find that ridiculous. That is like if you doctor prescribed you with 60 tables of Digoxin and said on the label take one a day yet pharmacy refills regardless 60 tablets every month. I find that not sensitive to the environment or the consumer. Again, Jury is still out on this one.

This product you did absolutely nothing for me and I thought this was satisfaction guaranteed and after a week or a week and a half I tried to return the product and was denied. My fiber capsules from Walmart for five dollars a bottle work better than thisI must say that after this review seed contacted me and they are refunding me. I have no doubt it is a good product. It just did not work for me and Amazon would not take it back. I changed my rating from a one to four for this reason.
