I was skeptical about this, but hey, this stuff is the real deal. It's a little bit pricey, but it's good. If you have problems going to the bathroom and going regularly, this stuff will help. I used to struggle with bloating, and not after this. This has really helped me out. I have no problem with upset stomach or anything; really great stuff. I believe it's helped my digestion, especially. I take semaglutide, and that stuff constipates you, but I drink plenty of water and I take this every morning, and I've had no problem with constipation.

I was going to wait a few weeks before submitting a review, but I couldn't wait and it's only my second day of using this the difference is that notable. I considered buying for a long time but the price made me hesitate and I wish I hadn't. I have had severe, debilitating G.I. issues for a long time now and I haven't had a normal stool in ages. This product you did absolutely nothing for me and I thought this was satisfaction guaranteed and after a week or a week and a half I tried to return the product and was denied. My fiber capsules from Walmart for five dollars a bottle work better than thisI must say that after this review seed contacted me and they are refunding me. I have no doubt it is a good product. It just did not work for me and Amazon would not take it back. I changed my rating from a one to four for this reason.
