An excellent thermometer. Gives accurate readings. Can setup smart actions to turn on the heater of dehumidifier if the temperature or humidity goes outside of the range you set.Had it for 5 months running the battery still says 100% so not sure if that is correct but excellent if it is.It's very easy to connect to the Internet and the app.It works with alexa and is easy to setup.Overall I'm happy with its performance and is a great price

The media could not be loaded. Good unit, bought two of them in the end, pretty seamless setup and battery seems to keep it self charged with no issues. Nice to be able to read the range of temps over the last few months etc too.

Bought this 4 days ago, followed all instructions and installed successfully, however immediately sensor was not reading temperature or humidity. Uninstalled and reinstalled- still not reading temp/humidity. Contacted Meross support team the same day of receipt (4 days ago). Was asked for my device name and MAC address, which I felt uncomfortable giving (not being sure of this could be a security threat), however trusted company and gave it to them within a couple of hours of receiving their email. Haven’t heard from them since 4 days ago and still have faulty device! I have several Meross devices which I am very pleased with so this faulty device and lack of customer service is a big disappointment, will think twice about buying from them in future after this experience! Waste of money! Have contacted Amazon support who are organising return of defective device and sending replacement. I will update accordingly

Very impressed with the Meross Customer Support.My temp/humidity sensor stopped working after a few months so I reached out for support. They replied quickly and after a few diagnostic steps offered to replace the unit without any fuss. Replacement working fine - happy customer!Would recommend these sensors, will buy again.

I've got (had) a severe humidity issue (wooded area outside my window), and this has been great help in monitoring the situation, now rectified with a dehumidifier. Lets me track temperature and humidity in the room from anywhere.

No syncing or Connection issues - works perfectly for me , saving a lot on electriciy and having better night sleep , not having to get up sweaty at night having to switch off my space heater

The monitor works very well and is pretty accurate from what i can tell, however it’s not an elegant solution. A rather clumsy box that needs to be plugged into a usb port and left to dangle, and a rather fragile sensor that is stuck to the wall with a sticky pad and can’t be repositioned.

Not sure why others have had issues setting this up with HomeKit etc. It makes it very clear to use the app. You just follow the app in a few steps and it all works great, was up and running in few mins.Got this setup to monitor temperatures in an outdoor storage area with a tubular heater. Works perfectly and exactly what I need it for!
