Arrived quickly and was very well packed.Vacs well on carpet and flooring and, with a change of tools, furniture and stairs. It copes with areas of the car but needs some sort of hose as the bulky power end makes it impossible to get everywhere. A short hose would do it.A charge on medium easily gets round the whole of our small house.My wife worried about the weight of the motor but it's fine. The bulky end does make it a little awkward to change tools and I think a trigger guard would be worth having. It produces some excellent Star Wars noises though and makes a great gun to shoot the grandchildren with.The wall bracket doesn't seem all that sturdy, we shall see, but all round, I'm very pleased with this machine.

Brought this to replace my old one and being a bit newer model is a lot quieter than the old model.

This little hoover works a treat! So light and easy to handle and manoeuvre around the house. Gets into tight spaces with the detachable heads. Battery doesn’t last too long on MAX power , about 25 mins of MAX power

Didn't work sure it was second hand . Seller sent message threatening me with fraud saying if I try sending parts back that are not what we're sent accusing me of fraud also said would take 60% of my money if I've damaged anything even the cardboard packing . My advise go to dyson directly . You great what you pay for .

Yes they are expensive but worth it. We have an older Dyson animal and when we got this we hovered the same stretch of carpet. My wife prides herself on how clean our house is so was shocked to see the amount of dirt this picked up compared to our corded Dyson. The battery lasts quite long but it wouldn't clean a whole house in one go. This is more designed to keep on top of dirt and dust in well used areas of your house. Remember to keep the filer cleaned and this will keep on sucking for a long time!

I did buy a cheaper model which worked fine but there was a big problem with blocked filters, messy to empty and the brush motor died after about 12 months use. Back to Dyson - I had one before. Far superior in every respect and well worth paying a little extra.

We are living in an off-grid house, so vacuum cleaning had to be done on a generator, which was fussy. So in comes this piece of hi-tech, and it is really very impressive. The battery is great, suction is impressive even in suction mode 2, the design is flawless. For us, it is a life saver. Worth every penny.
