I took this supplement in February of 2024, for a period of one month to give it a try. Felt meh during this bout of taking the pill and assumed it was just false advertising and did nothing. I wasn't prioritising cardio due to the fact that I took a break from boxing during this period so I didn't notice any changes at all to my strength. From November 2024, id returned to doing cardio as an 18 year old male, who was previously able to run 30 minutes straight without much issue. Up until today, I've noticed horrible declines in the amount I can run, how hydrated I feel, and sometimes develop Sharp pains in the left side of my body, no matter how much I try to train it off. If anyone is considering buying this product, steer clear. My suspicion was that it had contained cardiotoxic chemicals within it, and were half confirmed by the recall notice by amazon themselves, stating that I shouldn't consume the product, and that I should dispose of it as soon as possible. DO NOT BUY!!!
