The papers are perfect. Arrived completely intact and unbroken. The papers soften right away. Strong, yet thin and very translucent, and super easy to roll. I’ve tried other brands. These are the best, the most economical and easiest to work with. The stretch and resilience is professional. In short, awesomesauce! They are wonderful to eat, not sticky on completion, hold together well under stress inducing vegetables. Delicious!!! They are the perfect size. I can’t say enough how easy they are to work with.

These are excellent rice paper wrappers. 4-5 seconds in tepid water and they are ready to roll. My first try I julienned the veggies (time consuming and made rolling more difficult). Next time I will use my food processor and make a veggie and rice mix to put in rolls. They turned out so good served with a peanut sauce. The packs are individually wrapped and sealed and then packs are placed in an outer bag. Should keep indefinitely in my pantry. Great product that makes eating veggies fun.

These are awesome!! Best rice papers ever!! Each container comes in its own individual hard shell that's resealable! They hold up way way better than any other rice papers I've used. They dont melt immediately when they touch the water but you just have to moisten them for about 5 seconds and they're soft enough to roll/wrapp but they still hold form and are not going to year or disintegrate like some other ones Ive used. Theyre thick and hold up very well when fried.

I found this one didn't crisp as well as some. But I was able to get it fuller without tears.

I get bad eczema breakouts from gluten so I finally had to say goodbye. Fast forward... I've been making so many different things with this ever since I discovered Vietnamese grilled rice paper omelet! This is my new street food, new omelet, new taco, new pizza, the new everything. Yes, I know tortillas are technically gluten free too, but I prefer carb and calories of the wrapper being cut in half, or almost so, if you substitute for rice paper. I love the crunch I can get out of them. Forget about spring rolls (although you can make those too from these, and successfully so). Just plop the rice paper into the pan, throw correct fillings and condiments on, and fold in half when it's almost done, or even re-fold that half circle in half to make a basically effortless roll. This is my favorite wrapper now, and I love how it imitates the crunch and taste of thin rolled wheat baked goods, just without breakouts, excessive calories, and oven hassle and cleaning. I can stuff it with fillings of all those pastries I missed, and use only my pan and a little oil.
