I'm giving it one star because zero stars is not an option. This is scrap metal right out of the package. Only thing it is good for is maybe breaking your toe. The swivel has a lot of slop in it and the locking pin only engages to a shallow depth. I tried to roll my boat trailer and the pin disengaged and the trailer tongue hit the ground. I wouldn't trust it to stay up in the towing position either. Pretty sure the pin could come disengaged once again and gravity would take the Jack to the down position potentially causing damage to your trailer, truck or both. I have no idea how this item got 4.6 stars. I thought it looks cheap right out of the box when I saw the slop in the pivot but I didn't think the pin would pop out without being pulled intentionally. I wish I hadn't burned the box already. Now I'm stuck with this piece of junk and I'm going to have to throw it away because I don't trust it to stay up in tow and I already know it will collapse if it wiggles to the side when trying to move a trailer.

The Trailer jack worked as it should. I wouldn't recommend for larger boats with a heavy tongue weight.

I ordered the first one and the handle turns backwards meaning when you turn the crank clockwise it's supposed to raise the trailer like the manual says but it actually lowers the trailer then you turn the handle counterclockwise and it's supposed to lower the trailer which this one it actually raises the trailer which is like I said it's backwards so I sent the first one back they shipped me another one same thing it works incorrect I'm not sure if I'm going to return this one because I'll probably get another one just like it how it works incorrectly I guess torin doesn't check their items before they ship them out they say they're made in China maybe that's why.

This is a pretty standard trailer jack. Nothing special, but it works just fine. The only thing that is kind of annoying is that the little locking mechanise for when you lock the wheel up for transportation, well, the pin doesn't line up by itself so it doesn't snap into place automatically. You have to adjust the pin every time to get it to lock right. Other than that, it supports the weight and does what it's supposed to do.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:It’s not that great. I don’t use the small trailer a lot that I bought this for so it’s not a huge deal to me, but if I was to start using it more I’d definitely get a better one. This one isn’t sturdy at all and the lock pin doesn’t seem very strong. If you’re wanting something for a trailer you use on your property it would probably work out ok, but I wouldn’t trust that pin on long trips without a safety strap.
