I was looking for hard toothbrushes. These are advertised hard but are more medium. In Pakistan these brushes are actually hard, but not these Amazon ones. The brushes are very good quality if you want medium hard brushes.

This is not a smokers toothbrush, is as medium as you can get on normal toothbrush! Name only for packaging, product did not meet expectation.

I love a toothbrush with hard bristles, but they are hard to find in local stores. This brush has sturdy white bristles, and a curve in the grip which, I didn't realize until now, helps with angling, comfort, and the entire brushing experience. I was forced to use a brand name pack of soft brushes, but I've since thrown them out. lol This brush sounds like its working too, you can hear the cleansing as opposed to soft and medium brushes. I highly recommend!

Not a smoker but I prefer hard toothbrushes. This is just right. The handle makes it easy to angle while brushing. Great product.

They are more like a medium to me. I need the really hard stiff bristles as I have extra hard plaque on my teeth. Only the very hard ones can clean them well.It takes a lot longer and still doesn't clean as well with this brush. I only bought a few but won't be buying any more. They might work well for others though.
