Nice and hard/firm bristles. Toothbrush is a little thicker than a standard tootbrush (thickness of toothbrush handle) Cleans teeth very well. You get 4 toothbrushes in the package, so great value for the money!

I ordered these as cleaning toothbrushes as regular ones tend to fall apart fast. These last very long and work great for around the house deep cleaning. Of course, I kept one separately to try as a toothbrush out of curiosity. As a toothbrush, it worked very well and made my teeth feel very smooth and clean. I would just be worried that it may wear down my enamel with regular use so I stick with my medium bristle Colgate toothbrush.

Anybody that’s ever used a hard toothbrush nose that this doesn’t even come close to medium I already sent them back. It said for smokers hard it’s absolutely not.

I love a toothbrush with hard bristles, but they are hard to find in local stores. This brush has sturdy white bristles, and a curve in the grip which, I didn't realize until now, helps with angling, comfort, and the entire brushing experience. I was forced to use a brand name pack of soft brushes, but I've since thrown them out. lol This brush sounds like its working too, you can hear the cleansing as opposed to soft and medium brushes. I highly recommend!

They are more like a medium to me. I need the really hard stiff bristles as I have extra hard plaque on my teeth. Only the very hard ones can clean them well.It takes a lot longer and still doesn't clean as well with this brush. I only bought a few but won't be buying any more. They might work well for others though.

Not a smoker but I prefer hard toothbrushes. This is just right. The handle makes it easy to angle while brushing. Great product.

We have always loved using the hard brissle tooth brush. You use to be able to buy them at any Walmart, pharmacy, grocery store, basically any place that sold a tooth brush... now you can't find them anywhere, well at least I can't find them....a hard brissle tooth brush just makes my whole mouth feel so much cleaner , this seller is my go to place on buying our hard brissle tooth brushes
