Maca reportedly has many benefits, I can't really verify all of these but I'll go through the main ones:-Libido, I can't comment I don't have an issue and I haven't noticed any difference, I've been taking different types of Maca for a couple of years, they don't do much for my libido personally.-Erectile dysfunction again can't comment, I don't have this issue.-Boosting energy and endurance, YES, huge YES. I can't comment too much on athletic performance, I haven't noticed too much of an increase, but where this really shines is on days when where I'm a little (or a lot) sleep deprived, busy stressed, I've had days without MACA, and days with, and that's where it shines. Makes me cope with the fatigue/stress much better.-Improving mood, YES. It's a fantastic mood booster, really makes me feel happy, makes me enjoy or hum music a little more, laugh at silly things. I've noticed this quite a bit.-Improving learning and memory, this one is anecdotal, but I think it helps, can't really confirm this it might just be the mood/energy is helping me be more optimal.-Reducing blood pressure, sun damage, fighting free radicals, menopause (doesn't apply to me), these I can't comment on, I don't have blood pressure issues, nor have I tested any of the above.One small caveat to note with the above, with their reccomended dose, the effects are very subtle, slight you might not even notice. I have had the best experience with Maca when I take 2-4x what they "reccomend", I AM NOT encouraging anyone to do this, please do your own research look at studies, and safe upper limits and make an informed decision yourself, get regular check ups with a doctor or health professional to make sure everything is okay. My regular or usual dose is 4 capsues, some days I might take 4 in the morning, and then 4 again in the afternoon. And for me personally this is when it really shines in the effects I have mentioned above. Again, do your own research and don't do this because an Amazon review mentioned it.One small thing to note, for me personally the effects of Maca (4 capsules) on mood/energy seem to last around 8 hours. Which is why some days I take another 4 in the afternoon to keep it going. If I recall correctly this seems to be the hypothesis on the half life of studies and reviews.

Ordered these because I used to take them over 8 years ago when doing fertility treatment because they were recommended for balancing hormones. I don’t need that now but I was reintroduced to Mac’s by a friend who said that she had more energy, better libido and less brain fog. Can say they have made a difference. I don’t take all the time, only during busy periods or when I don’t sleep very well and have to say they do work a little magic.

Starting taking these during peri menopause. They are good quality but please don't expect miracles. Remember that the benefits are anecdotal. But I'm a fan of herbal supplements and consider it just that; a nutritious supplement that suits my dietary needs .No complaints from me.

For those who don't like using powder, it's a great alternative. But considering the amount of Maca we have to take, it would be a lot of capsules and would cost more packages, resulting in more money spent. I wouldn't buy it again. I prefer powder.

I bought maca root before as they bring gas in stomach. Work on one side gas is big down side.

I like these as are very good make me feel better and give me more energy would recommend good value for money.

I have used these for several years now and can honestly say that they are a life changer. They stop the mood swings and make me feel balanced. When I start to feel a bit down I start to take them and it stops a full blown depression coming on. I would definitely recommend them.
