I purchased these Crunchy Roasted Edamame Beans and Crispy Quinoa, from Amazon, to help me recreate a favorite salad kit Fresh Express' Chopped Sunflower Crisp. I was buying several bags of this salad every week which contains dried edamame and toasted quinoa as part of its crunchy salad topping mix. I looked up a delicious sweet onion vinaigrette recipe and bought all the other salad ingredients listed on the bag. Now I can make as much of this salad at home as I want! Even though I still have one unopened bag of these edamame beans left I've already placed an order for more, and also subscribed, so I'll never run out of them. These are really great value for your money because of how high they are in protein. They are the perfect bariatric snack. I just wish they would come in more flavors. I would love to try the other flavors, but I’m scared to buy them in case I don’t like them, I love the ranch though

great, low calorie snack with high protein. We typically grab the plain, seasalt ones from Costco but wanted to try the ranch. My husbands favorite are the ranch, I really like wasabi. Nice to have a guilt free snack around the house.

I was never a fan of edamame but have been trying to consume more protein lately so I found these to be super convenient. The only thing I wish is that it had slightly less salt. Otherwise, it is low in fat per serving and 11 grams of protein per every 30 grams of edamame. Very good macros. The last time I purchased the small, individual bags for on the go but I found these bigger bags to be be a better value for the money. They are even good to add some crunch to salads.

As a new vegetarian, might achieve vegan, this are great for protein and taste good. My goal is one year with plant based but I’m realistic and have grace for myself- considering I ate a meat based diet I’m pretty proud of myself. Feel too skinny but my BMI is prefect. Would love some of my stable mass back but bodies change overtime. They are filling. Don’t notice a smell and I’m super sensitive to smell as a nurse. Love the salt taste not sure how ranch and chipotle are seasoned but I’m seeking natural and salt is natural

Found my new favorite snack that packs some protein too! Finding myself wanting to snack on these over almonds now. Love the crunch and ranch flavor. Can’t wait to snack on these at the beach. Wish I could find this at my grocery store.

Delicious, healthy snack. I mix mine with Oatie Os cereal, some shredded cheddar, and crunchy fava beans for the most delightful snack. Also delicious on their own.

Edit 5/21/25: The seller contacted me and issued me a full refund! Great customer service!Not the worst thing I have ever eaten. The are a lot of hulls (for lack of a better word) which got stuck in my teeth and sort of mealy texture. Definitely a salty, crunchy snack. Just not for me.
