Love this after 8 hour day on my feet. The only thing I wish is it wrapped a little more under the arm area on days I sit for 8 hour test in a chair. I have learned after those days to just wrap it more on agitated side but would be great where ties start if had another 3 inches on each side of warmth before tie starts. I would still 100% suggest for anyone that sits or stands for job. It and a heated mattress pad are the 1st things turned on when I get home even in the summer sure I will do the same for relief.

Update: customer service was great and they sent me a replacement.This thing was great the first couple of times I used it but now it turns on but doesn’t heat up. Tried the troubleshooting recommended on here and nothing happened. I’ve messaged the company and I guess I’ll update my review when I hear back.

My weighted heating wrap just came in the mail today and I’m already so excited that I had to post an initial review.Out of the box I was happy to see several things 1) an extra long cord 2) snaps near the neck (which seem durable after aggressively pulling on them) 3) heating coils throughout the shoulder area and back and 4) a timer/auto shut-off.I am prone to low back, shoulder and neck pain and like to use a heating pad for it. My issue is holding it in the right position, which is nearly impossible with traditional rectangle heating pads. The fact that this product drapes over my upper body and is weighted made me think it would be an improvement over what I was using before.I lifted weights yesterday and am feeling extra tight in my shoulders so I thought I’d try it out right away. I can summarize the experience by saying that I should have bought this product years ago!!!! The fabric is so soft and the heating is consistent throughout the unit. I cranked it to level 6 (the highest it goes), which feels similar to level 10 on my older unit. The weight at the bottom and the ties around the waist keep it in place.I selected this product over others on Amazon because I’ve watched Bob and Brad’s videos for minor issues over the past few years and their exercises have always been a help. Seeing a name I recognized, from guys that I trust, made me believe this would be a well-made product. My initial experience proves that to certainly be the case.

It moves with you so you don’t have to readjust it every time you move.

This is no regular heating pad. I love it. It fits, yes fits, as it is designed to cover your back, shoulders and neck. Not like a normal one that you have to fight with to keep area covered. It has ties and snaps to keep in place. Great value, priced very reasonably and made well. I have used it for other body areas too. One more thing; the controller is so easy to use and has good options.

I've had many heating pads. Square, wrap around back, kneck and shoulder, microwavable. I hold all my tension in my upper back and all of the others were falling short of what I needed.This is everything I hoped it would be and had literally every quality I was searching for and more! The traditional shoulder/neck heating pads barely cover the top of your shoulder blade. This not only goes all the way down your back, but it's weighted and has a waist strap to make sure it's actually close enough to have an effect.It has a quick release cord which is amazing if I need to go do something real fast. The temperature and timer controls are amazing! Since when do you get 6 temperature options with one of these!? Basically, it's everything it promises to be, but I'd expect nothing less of Bob & Brad. I own a couple of their massage devices and from all my experiences with them and my shopping around/experiences with other devices has shown me that they are going to deliver exactly what you need, with good quality, and at a lower price than comparable quality. I'm a super competitive shopper, and I highly recommend anything Bob and Brad. You won't be disappointed!

When this was purchased the product description said it was a far infrared heating pad. When it arrived it is only a regular electric heating pad. The description of the product has changed since then and they will not allow a return on it at all. I used to be a fan of Brad and Bob but no longer. Very disappointed.
