I absolutely love silicone baking items and this is not an exception! Whatever baked on this mat comes off so easily and silicone doesn't affect or change heat dispersion much at all so everything bakes just as they should. Washes very easily with warm water and dish soap as well.The macaroon circles really help with placements not just for macaroons but for small cookies and such as well. I only wish it came with inches/centimeters measurements on the edges as some other brands but for the price and quantity of sheets I get I can't complain. It works just as good as the more expensive silicone mats.The small mat fits perfectly for our small baking pan that my husband loves using to bake cookies. The standard size is also a great mat for rolling out dumpling wrappers too. Still need to use flour or cornstarch but the wrappers roll out nicely. It feels a little small to comfortably roll out a standard size (9-10") pie sheet, but doable.

The quality of these is really nice and it’s a good value. These sheets are easy to clean and helped me cut down on parchment paper use by a long shot! I don’t notice any weird taste cooking on these and the baking ability is fantastic, honestly. I had to learn to bake my cookies for less time because they help to bake my cookies faster! I’ve been using silicone baking mats for over ten years. I still use the first ones I bought. I picked up theses as I’ve added more sheet pans to my kitchen - the 1/8 sheet size. I just cut down the 1/4 sheet size with a good sheers.
