I purchased these clippers to maintain a shorter coat on my dog. I chose them after looking at several options. These appeared to the best option for the price. I liked the features, number of guard choices and the fact that the clippers were cordless and rechargeable.The first few times I used them they worked excellent! My dog’s fur was smooth, soft and looked great. She even slept while I shaved her. After a few usages, I noticed that they were not cutting through her fur as well as they had the first time. I tried to troubleshoot the issue myself without success. I then emailed the company using the information provided on the box.I was put in touch with a representative by the name of Sue who responded right away. She addressed my concerns and helped me troubleshoot the problem by having my clippers replaced. I really appreciate her care and concern for my dog and the problem I was having. My new clippers are working well and I am very happy with the product.I am very impressed with the customer service I received from Sue. She was considerate and understanding. I really appreciate her kind and detailed communication as well as her commitment to customers!

Definitely worth every penny, I spent half of what I would spend at the groomers for sure! I definitely need some more practice maneuvering the machine but definitely did its job. The scissors it comes with work excellent plus if you have a terrier scruff face I definitely recommend a comb scissors for texture . I would also recommend cutting off any matted or tangled hair before using the buzzer . It also comes with 2 mini buzzers to get the paws and in between the paws !

I ordered a pair of these on sale in February. It was a couple of months before it warmed up enough for me to cut my dog’s hair outside. They worked great. But when I went to charge them, there was a pop and then they wouldn’t charge. I contacted the Oneisall company and told them what happened. Within a week I had a new pair of trimmers. I highly recommend this company and their products.

The electric clippers work fairly good. I would say that the scissors that come with this are the dullest I have ever experienced. I literally could not cut a Kleenex with them.

I have bought several sheers in my life. One pair I paid about 150.00. They were a piece of work. Since I tried using them the pet store would not take them back. I was keeping my daughter's standard poodle. 14 years old with cancer and health issues. She is blind and deaf. She about did not make it being groomed last time. She lays alot. I ordered these sheers the night I got her. Delivered the next day. The times she came out on the front porch I would trim on her. They did not scare her thank God. Little at a time I got done in 4 days. She even acts different. Got more pep in her step. I seriously think these sheers bought her more time with my grandbabies. Great quality and works amazing. And they still work. The price for the product is crazy cheap. Thank you so much for great quality at a very reasonable price. I don't feel like it's her time yet. She shows no signs of pain. I highly recommend

I have a golden retriever – she’s big with long, curly hair. This item handled her hair perfectly! I’ve used much more expensive products before, but they had overheating issues after a while. This one stays cool, works quietly, and doesn’t tire you out during use. The battery lasts long and charges quickly. Honestly, it’s fabulous and offers great value for money. Highly recommended!

I got these clippers as an alternative to paying for grooming every 6-8 weeks for my 95 lb Bernedoodle. He was super shaggy and his winter coat needed to go. The clippers worked great! They are super quiet, yet powerful. It was my first time grooming my dog, and I think it turned out pretty good. They are strong clippers and the kit comes with so many useful pieces. The clippers themselves are not too heavy and feels very sturdy and easy to use.My only wish is that it came with a case or bag of some sort.

This trimmer has lasted me 1.5 years with two dogs. It worked great & was quiet. But apparently the time to die/no longer charge has come.DO NOT BUY THE PROTECTION PLAN! It is useless. If your trimmer stops working for any reason it will not be fixed.
