Fantastic product. I used to take magnesium citrate, which was nice. But it didn’t keep me from waking up regularly throughout the middle of the night like this one does. I feel like I’ve had a nice good rest when I take these. And my muscle cramps that were starting to happen at night time are completely gone.

I've tried several magnesium pills, some that were mixed with other things and different forms of magnesium as well. This I find to be the most easily digestible with no GI issues experienced. Strangest thing but when I take this at night within a half an hour I start feeling sleepy and relaxed so now I plan accordingly

I wanted Chelated Magnesium glycinate specifically, but the 500 mg claimed on the label is a bit misleading. Most brands seem to do this...they don't state the actual elemental magnesium content or they do so in a somewhat hidden way, so I really don't know where they get the 500mg designation. This actually seems to be what goes on with most brands, not just this one. There is only 70mg elemental magnesium per pill, so to get the full amount of magnesium I want daily, I have to take 4 pills. I break it up into 2 in the morning, 2 at night, although mostly I end up with just the 2 at night. They don't upset my digestive system, so that's a positive. I read that taking magnesium at night help you sleep better and can be more effective than something like melatonin, and I'm actually thinking that might be true because I've slept better without waking up since I started the two-at-night regimen. So far so good. This is a somewhat more expensive brand, especially since you have to take up to 4 a day, so they go faster than you might think. Although I like this product, I'm searching for something equally good that would need me to take fewer pills per day.

Im on my 5th bottle (or maybe more) I take 2 every night before bed and have recommended this to many many people. This type of magnesium helps settle my brain so well! No side effects and I could tell I had immediate results!

My wife and I take this every night and it’s helped our muscle recovery from working out (about 5 days a week) and helps us sleep at night without needing pain killers for the sore muscles. We’ve reordered this multiple times now and will continue to in the future.

Seems to be at least as effective as other magnesium supplements; glycinate is key. Research it. Capsules seem a little large but I find them very easy to swallow and I have trouble with some large pills; not this one at all.
