Q: Do these stick to the roof of your mouth?

Yes, it keeps the denture in place securely, but not too fixed so you don't have have to struggle to remove it! I prefer using them to denture fixative, although more expensive, as it's more comfortable and easier to remove. You have to cut the pad the same size as your denture, not bigger, dampen it, place pink side on denture, pop in mouth and bite gently to secure it. I find it will stay in position as long as required. The pad does seem to absorb a small amount of liquid from whatever has been eaten or drunk, but this is not noticeable until the denture is removed, and the pad is easily disposed.
