Works wonders
I recommend that you research Partially Hydrolyzed Guar Gum (PHGG) for its benefits before you order this product. AFAIK, this is the only PHGG product available in India, although PHGG is produced in India as Guar is an Indian crop and the benefits of PHGG was discovered by Indians. This product delivers on all benefits of PHGG. Highly recommend it.

Good product bad packing
Product is excellent works well with immediate effect on your Tommy. Each of the sachets are air filled .but the external box gets torn and expiry date is just in 6 months.

Improves gastric health. Liked the product. Only issue is that It has to be taken in warm water. Rest everything is good

Tastes miserable
Bought it as alternative to psyllium husk. But this tastes miserable and I ended up not using this after 2nd packet and wrnt back to psyllium husk.
