Very finely ground
Peppermint is supposed to aide in digestion, concentration, and freshen your breath. I opened up the capsule because I wanted to drink it as a tea to fully taste the flavor. This is really good quality peppermint. It tastes really good and is relaxing yet rejuvenating as a tea. I highly recommend if you want to receive the benefits of peppermint quickly in a pill form.

Peppermint! Can be taken out of capsules for flavoring
This peppermint is fairly fresh, as I know since I've been taking it OUT of the capsules to flavor my yogurt and vegetables as I do with mint leaves. It tastes like authentic dried mint leaves and is delicious, though you can swallow it easily in capsule form too if you like.

Didn’t work for me
These peppermint capsules caused sharp abdominal pain. I tried to return them and Amazon wouldn’t allow it. Company said they would refund me, which I appreciate. I have never had pain from peppermint before.

Read the ingredients !!
I didn't realize these were gelatin capsules! I do not eat anything derived from pork. Buyer beware..read the label closely.I just trashed mine.
