This is the worst piece of trash I have ever purchased from Amazon and let me tell you I've bought some useless stuff. This thing worked for all of 5 minutes and then it just cut out. Screen remains lit and no response from keyboard. YOU CANT EVEN SHUT UT OFF WITHOUT PULLING THE BATTERIES. Also the blue ink from the packaging stained the back case of the computer, why should that matter? Because I have a toddler that puts things in his mouth and I'm sure this blue ink isn't non toxic. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Not worth it.
I bought this product for my son and it didn’t even last him a month. I’d say about 2 weeks, not even. He would use it and then it would get stuck on the same sound and the screen and keys wouldn’t work. Only way to shut it off was to take out the batteries. He even connected the mouse to the computer and it broke. So then he couldn’t connect the mouse to the computer. This is the most disappointing I’ve been with a product.

Product Glitches
Laptop has had several error codes show within the first 2 days of using it. The laptop will freeze and the only way to correct the error is to remove the batteries, which requires a small screw driver. I think the games offered are fun, but practicing actual typing is not an option. The games require mostly use of the arrows or identifying single letters. I do not recommend this laptop.

Don't purchase
I bought this for my grandsons 6th birthday, it was scratched but I kept it anyways. When he went to play with it and the mouse wouldn't work. I returned it and replaced it. This one was scratched also. We only let him play with it at the desk, because it is cheap and can break easily. Too much money for the quality of product.
