Perfect for finishing my home cinema system

Happy enough!
I didn't have huge expectations for this wall plate considering the cost, but I'm pleasantly surprised! Pretty well made, connections are solid enough and there was no noticeable loss of sound quality bearing in mind you are effectively creating a join in the speaker connection when using a wall plate. Note that this product will not fit a standard uk 2 gang back box, I was mounting it straight on to a mdf box inside a cupboard so it wasn't a problem however if you're mounting this on a wall you'll have to source a suitable back box and also double check there is enough depth behind the wall if you are using banana plugs for the back connections. You can connect the wires straight into the plugs front and back by stripping them and clamping with the collars.

I made up a backing plate using wood and the installation looks good and works
the fitting worked well. It would have been helpful if it came with a backing plate for a plasterboard wall, or if such a backing plate was clearly available on the web site. I made up a backing plate using wood and the installation looks good and works well

Great plate but note the size!
I'm happy with the plate, it looks good and does the job I wanted.Note, though, I hadn't realised that it didn't fit a standard single back box so had to make one up.It would be perfect for a stud/drywall setting, but not for solid walls.

Good luck finding a US back box for this. I dont see any on amazon. To remedy this I cut up a few single gang UK backbones and screwed the onto a sterling board back.Good quality product, durable. The connectors allow bare wire or banana plugs both sides.
