Guys this is an excellent product completed one bottle it has no side effects the people complaining have their own problems each body reacts and responds differently. I have no issues with this very good supplement it's mild and effective good for those who are dedicated in workout and disciplined in diet people complaining are taking this and careless about diet for sure cuz I did it everyone can too I lost around 12 kgs in 6 months and gained quality muscle too with fat loss and I was a bit careless in between or else would have achieved more it all depends on our mind and hardowork for anything to work so don't listen to all the sissy's complaining do go for it I'm ordering my second bottle and currently on shreding just for it 🙌💯💪 and I'm not a bot or paid review I'm authentic and don't blame me if u had a bad experience as mentioned previously everyone's body is diff thank you 😊 hope this might help!!! Good value for money

I think people who do not find it helping or worsening their health may be having any of these issues:-1) Taking a pill & not eating anything for a while. You must eat after 30-40 mins2) Not drinking enough water. You need more water than your usual intake. I drink almost a gallon per day. Water nuetralises the body temperature and regulates the activity of the supplement.3) Have some health conditions they are/aren't aware of, like high BP, hypertension, anxiety disorder, hyperthyroidism etc.4) They aren't working out at all because the energy has to be utilized else it keeps your body in highly active mode.5) Aren't having the right carbs & fats. Yup you need these to meet your body's nutritional needs.So before you blame the product, I think you need to check your routine. It is a really good product. 🙌🏼
