Pure Pharma - M3: Essential Minerals - Magnesium & Zinc - 120 Caps

Very good quality, I started using because I heard they were good for cramps but they not only improved but I also seem to get a great boost of energy and concentration. I tried cheaper alternative sources unsuccessfully, cramps returned.

Ive tried cheaper alternatives but come back to this one....I feel better on this one.....but I can not tell the difference between the omega oils by Pure pharma as compared to Swansons for example.....but specifically regarding Magnesium.... its a one horse race for me.

These didn't agree with me - I usually fall asleep with no trouble at all, but these have me insomnia after a few days. I suspect it's the vitamin B6 as I've not had side effects from magnesium or zinc before.

I use it all the time specially after heavy days of training. it helps in recovery and having a good sleep

Yet another Quantity product from purepharma I also use O3,D3 and pr3 after my workouts.thet do command a high price but I like the pureness of the products.
