I've been using this for years. I always buy centrum with more vitamins and minerals, rather than go by what names of their different products suggest. Check and compare ingredients and judge for yourself. Tablets are relatively easy to take, never choked on them.

I have been using Centrum for over twenty years now and have found them to suit me better than other brands I have tried. Very difficult to recommend vitamins as certain types suit certain people, these for me are the best I have tried!
