Can't say enything yet, just started to use, but one good thing about it, is that it doesn't have any stimulants so you can take it any time:) update: using a week now x3 a day. I am getting leaner, i am on a meal prep diet too but quite high on kcal 1700, so i think that CLA does it's work too. I like that it doesn't stimulate and affect sleep, doesn't irritate stomach :) so with proper diet and exercise it really can support fat loss quicker. Just nothing will do a miracle if you are not strict on your goal:) i used to try very powerful fat burner, but didn't eat right and it didn't worked a t all:))) so good luck with that product and your goals ;)

I have been using CLA for a while now in conjunction with a good diet and an exercise regime and I can definitely say it has made a difference. I have shed fat faster since taking this supplement.Though it's hard to gauge supplements like this between brands, I can say that this one is legit and the price is very reasonable. It also came quickly and was exactly as described.If you're on the fence about trying CLA to help with fat loss, I would recommend buying a tub and seeing for yourself. Don't expect miracles though. If your diet is terrible and you don't do any sort of physical exercise, I doubt you'll see a difference.

The evidence for the actions on the body are only from small studies and are less convincing for this, but this brand does seem a good one at a reasonable price, and I have noticed a difference in body fat level over a period of several months. Prompt delivery, well packaged.

Worthwhile product. It cane very quickly and securely packaged, and I ordered it after trying a similar brand in the past with limited success.So far this seems to be working well and hitting the area I am most concerned about (the lower back). There are quite a few in here but you should take 3 a day or so. Seem ok to swallow and higher content level than some others so should work well.It's still early days for me to get into them and see the full impact but certainly nothing negative to say at present. Combine these with a suitable diet and exercise and I am sure they will deliver a better outcome.I would recommend.

Had these for a while now. Can’t tell if they are working or not. Since gyms are now closed due to COVID-19, I have resorted to working out at home. I have noticed an increase in flatulence and a slight aftertaste when passing gas. Do find myself visiting the loo a bit more as well. Probably will drop weight in the process. Don’t feel any slimmer yet!UPDATE:28/06/2020.Almost finished these since my first order and will be starting my second order. I have been on a caloric deficit diet for about 4 weeks and have been taking these with a fat burner from MyProtein. I have also religioulsy been weight-training during lockdown and have found that I have lost at least 5lbs on the scales! Visibly, I am beginning to see a couple more abs, but still need to drop th fat from my obliques. All I can say that it takes time, but also discipline to lose body fat. What has has helped is reducing/eliminating sugary snacks in the evening and ice cream in front of the TV. I have also been eating a lot of natural walnuts and cashews as a snack, whereas before it may have been a packet of crisps or a chocolate bar. It works, but even better when you make an effort.

Efficient service

I've taken CLA many times but this is the first time I've taken this brand. I've taken just one a day for three days and I've had to bin them. The reflux I got from these was another level! I've never had that with any other soft gel. I've tried taking food straight on top but that didn't help.I can't say about the effectiveness because I just can't take them. Everything else about it looked and felt quality but I can only go by the ghastly reflex. 😭

I can't tell the difference between the other products I used before, but this one gets a relatively lower price.
