I've used these for years. Am not much of a morning person and these are perfect to jumpstart myself in the mornings, or for an afternoon pick me up when the day is dragging. Perks me right up with clean smooth energy in about 15 minutes and lasts for several hours. (Round 4-6 I'd say.)Never gives me upset stomach or anything like that.I would advise however to not take more than one at a time. These are quite strong. It might depend on your caffeine tolerance, but I find one pill is perfect. I've made the mistake of taking more than one before and I was uncomfortably energetic and jittery lol.But one pill does the trick, and I've gotten consistent results from them for several years now. These are my number 1 go-to for quick and convenient caffeine on the go.

Inexpensive, way cheaper than buying energy drinks, and is way more noticeable than drinking any type of caffeine, even pre-workouts. I'll probably have this one bottle for two years due to how many you get for how cheap they are.

Clean energy source. No crash like energy drinks. I usually take one in the morning with my protein drink. Affordable price, long lasting energy, and easy to swallow. Two thumbs up.

For the past four years, I’ve been consuming one energy drink per day, typically C4 or Reign. However, after learning more about the potentially harmful ingredients in many energy drinks, I decided to switch to caffeine tablets for a month to see how I’d feel. To my surprise, I actually feel better taking the caffeine tablet than I ever did with the drinks.

Been buying these for years and have been happy with the quality

Disappointing product. I usually experience a midday slump and thought these would be a helpful way of reenergizing myself. However, the recommended dose did nothing. I added another tablet, thinking it might help, but still nothing. Try again the next day and still nothing. I gave three stars because it was delivered quickly, it was well packaged, and all the safety sales were intact. Do not recommend would not buy again.

I use caffeine pills when I have migraines. They help shrink the blood vessels. Coffee has always been my go to, but as I got older, caused incontinence problems. The tablets don't do that. These work great.
