Excellent price and quality item, I'm keeping hopeful my new nutrition formula (from the medical journal) will help with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome I have, a genetic disorder of collagen processing, this along with 12 other supplements are now at work in my body. The only side effect so far is that I rattle when I walk! 🙌

Product arrived on time. Thanks Amazon. The issue that keeps cropping up within the supplement industry is that the capsule or tablet size is difficult to see and not front of packaging. In this case 2000mg is 4 capsules. This makes a farce of the stated dose, intentionally. Of course 500mg per Capsule is less appealing to 2000mg per serving. As for the EFFECTIVENESS, IT'S A little too early to tell. I'll try and remember to come back in a month when the product runs out.

Just started taking L-Carnitine 2000mg to support my weight loss journey while staying in a calorie deficit and building muscle. Looking forward to seeing how it helps with energy levels and fat metabolism. Will update once I’ve used it for a while!

Excellent. This improves concentration if taken in the morning. Although I am aware most people use for muscles/body.
