Great running water bottle!
Received three days ago, utilized twice. Purchased the 18oz. Black & Gold Insulated version. Hand feel is great and so far no stretching in the harness or strap. Love the thumb hole to help hold the bottle to my hand. Squeezing the bottle is a bit awkward at first and does take a bit to get used to. Fluid output is good, though it would be nice to have more of a laminar flow valve, and the valve doesn't seem to leak at all. The harness / pouch is just a bit small for my Galaxy S22 Ultra, though it does fit. Total volume is just about perfect for a 5-6 mile run pace.

No water flow
I read the reviews and was hesitant to buy this, but did it anyway. I haven’t had an issue with the bottle falling out, but I’m usually walking versus running. However, it is very difficult to get any significant amount of water out. I’ve had other handheld Nathan water bottles with no spout issues, but this one is horrible. Requires way too much effort to get minimal amount of water out. Would not recommend buying this if you want to get water with ease.

Perfect for longer runs
This Nathan handheld water bottle is fantastic! The adjustable hand strap is super comfortable and eliminates the need to grip, which is great for longer runs. The insulation keeps water cool, and the 18oz capacity is just right. The reflective design adds an extra safety bonus for early morning or evening runs. Highly recommend for any runner!

Great Purchase for Runners
This water bottle is easy to hold, it is adjustable and lightweight. The design is sleek and modern. My only complaint is that it is a bit more difficult than expected to squeeze the water out, there’s always a burst of air before the water comes out. Overall, I’m satisfied with this purchase.

Must have for summer runs
The Nathan Quick Squeeze Ins 18oz Estate Blue/White is a fantastic running companion for those hot summer days. The bottle is lightweight and easy to squeeze, providing a steady flow of water without any spills. I love the phone pouch, it securely holds my phone without any annoying bouncing. While I've only used it for a few runs, it's already become a staple in my running gear. The bottle is comfortable to carry and doesn't bounce around, making it a great choice for runners of all levels.

One Step Forward, a Huge Step Back
I had the previous generation of this bottle and I loved most of it. My only issue with the last gen was the spout. It only has one thread, meaning it only screws on the bottle a very small amount. It made for many cross-threading incidents and spills. It also did not have a way to close it, so if you squeeze it at all (like once it's full and you put it in the holder) it squirts out. This new model addressed the spout issue. The new spout is great! It has a "pull-up" on and "push-down" close feature. This helps prevent any accidental spillage. They also have two full threads on the spout, which makes it much easier to thread on, plus it is more secure. Now the step back. Nathan changed the shape of the bottle and the nylon holder that holds the bottle to your hand. The new bottle is taller and thinner, which I don't have a problem with. It is a better fit in most people's hands, just sticks up and down a little more. The adjustment to tighten and loosen the nylon holder is where they really sank this product for me. On the older version the adjustment strap went across the hand (from the index finger across to the pinky.) This allowed you to make the strap tight on your hand. The adjustment strap on this new model is on the bottom strap underneath the base of the bottle. I can't get it tight enough. i always feel like I have to hold the bottle, which defeats the purpose of the strap. When I got it as tight as I could, it started to loosen up as I ran because the whole top of the nylon started slipping down the taller, more slender bottle.I ended up taking the spout off of this one and trying it on the older bottle and nylon. It works well that way! I hate that I had to buy two $35 water bottles to get a good one though.I purchased this one for my wife and one for myself from another site. I cannot recommend this water bottle.
