The health benefits
I take one tablespoon of Organic MCT Coconut Oil every morning. Its overall health benefits can support overall heart heath, boost weight loss, energy and digestive health. I find that it doesn’t taste much like coconut (which I’m not quite fond of) so it’s very easy to take.

Worked for me
I read about MCT oil in The book "The Keto Code". The mitochondria in your cells stores the glucose as fat if it is not needed for energy. If the Mitochondria has Medium Chain Triglycerides the mitochondria can use the carbon atoms in the MCT oil to instead send the excess glucose to the liver where it is changed into Ketones and excreted by the Kidneys instead of being stored. (At least this is my understanding of the process). I am not a doctor or a scientist, but I did drop about 10 lbs and I have a waist again. It has no flavor, I am waiting for my yearly blood tests to see if it has any effect on my triglycerides or cholesterol levels

Great MCT Oil
I love this organic MCT oil that consists of C8 and C10 only. MCT oils that contain C12 need to be avoided as C12 is lauric acid which isn't good for us. It is said that C8 is the most ketogenic and fat burning. C8 turns into ketones quickly to fuel the brain and improve your mental clarity and energy levels.I add a tablespoon of this MCT oil into my morning coffee (I drink it in a large mug = 500 cc = 2 cups.) along with about a teaspoon full each of turmeric powder, ginger powder and Ceylon cinnamon powder plus some freshly-ground black pepper and a tiny bit of cayenne pepper powder. I also add some organic soy milk to the mix. I feel that this coffee is highly healing to my gut! I don't have any joint pains or anything.I recommend this product to anyone who'd like to try MCT oil.
