Don’t waste your time with ANYTHING else
I just want to take a second and thank this company for putting a product on the market that actually works without hours of configuration, tweaking, setting up, and constantly changing.Words can’t express how easy this thing is to set up. Out of the box, plug it in, connect to WiFi, and you’re ready to print within 5 minutes. The first label I printed came out perfectly. Centered on the label, fit proportionately to the label, clear, smooth, and completely legible. It works like any other large printer, and is listed as a printer selection on my Mac, iPad, and iPhone. I can’t speak to how this would work for PC, or Android. But it works flawless with Apple products. To say this is worth the extra money is the understatement of the year. If you don’t want to mess with a ton of settings, configurations, or waste time connecting to your printer. Don’t buy anything else. You WILL be disappointed. Spend the extra few bucks and get the Rollo! This is the 3rd or 4th label printer I have tried. And will most certainly be the last. I am absolutely blown away at the quality of the device, their app, and interface. Every other printer, or company that makes these things should be ashamed of themselves. Unless you enjoy fiddling with software to get things just right, don’t bother with the other turds on the market. It takes quite a bit to impress me as much as this little thing has. Rollo, you have made a tried and true fanboy/customer for life! I was not compensated, coerced, encouraged, or asked to write this. I paid full retail for this printer, and would do it again in a heartbeat!

Hope you have better luck than I did
Out of the box, the setup card provided seemed like the perfect solution. It didn't work. This was my first call into customer support, which they do not answer the phone, you have to leave a message and they will get back to you normally within 2 hours, but if the call doesn't go through on your end, then they will log the issue as complete. So be careful of this little gotcha.Turned out to automated setup program wasn't working on my machines (Laptop and Desktop) and the service tech installed the printer manually using the IP address. I didn't realize it at the time but is type of install lead to a situation they never thought of.After being on the call with them for over 2 hours, the printer finally got setup on both my machines, but I missed my window to print shipping labels for that day, so my orders were late. After several days, I had a number of orders that needed to be processed, and when I printed the labels, they didn't look right. Somehow the printer was printing the labels as though they were in 8.5" x 11". When I finally got on the call with them, they tried to tell me that the source files were bad, but since they come directly from the carrier, then everyone around the country would be having the issue, not just me. Turns out when they manually installed the printer a setting was overlooked. Ok, mistakes happen.Next day I go to print some jobs, and the printer shows to be offline. I go to check it and the printer is in "Ready to be Set up" mode. They still do not know how this happened, but we had to go through the entire setup process again.Next day, Printer is offline on the label processing system I use, and in the settings on that system Rollo shows up as a different device. The sevice tech suggests swiching over to the new device name, and boom it works. Why it switched names, they do not know.Over the weekend, I come in to process some special orders, and think, I better check the printer just to make sure, and sure to be damn, it is offline again. Several tech calls and multiple days, I finally tell them what I see is being the problem. I mentioned that the printer was manually setup by Rollo via remote link to both of my systems. Instead of the printer setting itself up as a single network device, it was now flip flopping from the device name each machine I had was called. But it wasn't based on what machine was turned on at the time, the printer just randomly selecting which was online / offline. Which meant that in order to print labels, I would have to go into the settings each and every time I wanted to print labels to ensure that the right printer name was selected to print the jobs. NO THANK YOU.Shipping shouldn't take hours let alone days to get it right. Finally after burning through over 300 labels performing testing, I had, had it and asked for a refund but by this time the return time had expired on Amazon, so they finally agreed to setup a return, but not first trying one last time for me to get it right. I suppose the biggest frustration for me was they never once would admit it was their equipment that could be the problem. It was, did you change any settings, did you do anything on your machine....you should reset your network and see if that helps. SMH.Bottom Line:I really wanted to like this printer with the wireless feature and all, but having to spend hours just to print some labels that shouldn't take more then 10 seconds every time, isn't worth it. My Dymo printer may be slow and have minor issues from time to time, but it works and most of the time I had to use it to print the jobs I needed for that day.I'll be looking at another brand now. But honestly I really wanted this one to work.Overall their tech support people are helpful and if you don't have to do a manual install, then this might be the printer for you.Good Luck
