The ones on here saying a fat burner "doesn't work" are ones who are not working out or making drastic changes to your diet. Doesn't really do the job but it does work a little. I guess miracle drugs are not available yet to reduce these "fat" cravings!

I was hoping this would help me to get to sleep but it did not help. I had read reviews, and it seemed to help others. I was not one of those. I used for a few nights and did not exceed the two pills. It may be one of the causes of digestive issues. Non returnable, so don't waste your money.

I eat dinner late at night usually and then go to sleep and it helps a lot with digestion and not gaining weight. If you’re on a diet you’d definitely lose weight with this. Also the sleep aid part works well

This stuff I could not use it kept me up all night, I think it must work if you want to stay up all night

The bottle tells us that our metabolism and sleep cycle are interdependent. I get the impression the manufacturers want us to believe that, with a better sleep cycle, one's metabolism will also be better. I do not have huge issues with my sleep so I was hoping thatthe few reviewers that indicated they lost weight would work for me, too. I waited a full week...not one pound lost! I will keep taking this because I have a month's supply. Here's hoping it will get better for me before the 30 days is up.
