tried to resolve before putting reciew but was only offered £20 refund. Considering the price for these. Christmas eve was set up and ‘tested’ kept showing with a red tool and beeping also very hard to use the break ( seemed like the break was too tight). Was not going at the soeed it should of been going very slow and turning off mid test ride. Come christmas day turned on and was smoking near wheen i have burn marks on my floor 😤 can not believe i have only been offered £20 refu d then it went to £30 refund to keep the scooter and resolve it myself. very unprofessional serive. And thats mmmy daughmgyg who has misses out on her xmas prsent,
