Love this, it’s so quick and so easy, also being able to fill from the top is a big plus, you can remove the tank and fill that way if you want to but I use a filter jug for water as well live in a hard water area so I don’t have to pull machine out every time I need to fill it up.

Works lovely, like the fact it's easy to fill. Also holds plenty of water, not filling up all the time. Saying that there is only 2 of us.

Love this dispenser, great for someone who has problems with heavy kettles, very easy to use.

You can’t leave it while it is filling up a cup. but is really boiling water and makes a nice brew

Well this made an almighty mess in my kitchen.There is a plug and once plugged in an on at the mains this is 'on'. You lift the lid, pull the silicone handle from inside the water container, and remove the container to fill it up at the tap. Slot it back in place and close the lid. So far ok.There is a toggle switch for water. Place your cup on the drip plate under the nozzle and flick the switch to on. Out comes a sporadic trickle of water and in about 15-20 seconds you cup is full - so now turn off the switch. The water stops instantly.You probably want to do a few of these before risking drinking it, as you'll want to flush the system.In my case, 20 minutes later and a kid is calling me to the kitchen - half of the water container has leaked on the counter. Fortunately before hitting the heating element. Cleaned up, checked to make sure everything is seated correctly. After about 2 minutes it started doing it again. Third time just as unlucky.The item is packaged up read to return, however as the seller was super speedy in dispatching the item and it arrived before the 'due date' Amazon are unable to issue a return label so I have to wait a few days to post it back.

When I read the spec on this, it said power use was 1000w, which is a third of my kettle. So I thought it was ideal for for my copious tea drinking, one cup at a time. When it arrived it says in manual rated power 2200 to 2600w, this is a sticker over the top of the print that says 2000w to 2400w.It works fine, but I looked at others lower wattage than this, but went for this one because of the 1000w rating. It was an email sent to me by amazon that showed it to me.so I feel I've been conned. But, don't let me put you off, if the power use is not a problem. The item does what it says so far.

I love this only thing is the water trickles out but very good for money

I DIDNT read the instructions. i was looking for a one cup as i am disabled. as this came up at a good price i just assumed stupidly it was a one cup. IT ISNT. It just keeps going until you press the button if you get distracted and have filled the tank boy your kitchen is going to get wet.to do one cup takes ages. i could do it quicker with a kettle. Disappointed my own fault. i cant see the point to it to be honest unless you have a lot of people stood about waiting for a drink.
