Deciding to try this combo after doing a bunch of research and I must say wow!I feel my blood sugar and metabolism is much more stable.I took one reviewers advice to take this 30 min to an hour before a meal and I think that really helps.During the time before a meal I felt no uncomfort or side effect.I usually get very tired after eating a good sized meal and now I feel wide awake and very focused.I imagine I will see more great effects as time goes on.I'm very impressed with this product, more than any supplement I have taken.

I usually take 3000 mg of Liquid L-Carnitine daily with my first meal or before my workout when I do it before brekky. I ordered these capsules for convenience when I take short trips so I'm not carrying more liquids than necessary. I'll take 5 caps as a near-substitute for my normal liquid dose.It sounds like a lot but it's not because there's only 525 mg per capsule and 225 mg of ALA, which is a nice complement to the carnitine. Six capsules = 2,625 L-carnitine and 1,125 mg of ALA, both well within and below the safe range of a max daily dose, according to my research, IMHO and for MY health regimen. Obviously, everyone's different and should consult a health care provider to determine what's best for themselves.
