Tasty healthy snack that tastes like lemon curd
Shortest date box I have received was still ~6 months out, so these appear to sell relatively fast. Not dried out, nice and soft texture. Gotta watch out because you will sometimes get a tiny fragment of shell, but quality control is good/acceptable on Larabars. Simple ingredients, the sugar content is all from dates so it's at least unrefined. Plenty of fiber in these, don't eat too many! lol. The lemon bar variety might be my favorite. If you like lemon curd as a dessert, these are a similar level of sweetness and tanginess. Easy to go for a bite even w/ limited appetite and oh boy will they get your stomach started working.Important note, if these get hot they can get greasy and can go rancid fairly easily. Nuts will taste off if they have. I have not experienced this yet so so far, supply chain is doing a good job keeping them cool

expensive, but worth it
I travel a lot and like to keep protein-rich snacks on me for long days on the plane. These are pricy, but much less expensive than a meal or snack at the airport, and generally better ingredients as well. The lemon flavor is my favorite, but my kids love the cookie dough ones as well!

Simply great!
If you are the type of person who loves protein bars for snacks or meals, this one tastes great, but has very little protein. It only has 6 ingredients (all natural-no sugar). When I first tasted it I wasn’t very impressed, but after I put it in the fridge, then cut it up into squares, it’s great!

Quality is questionable from amazon....
I first got these at the grocery store and liked them so much that I set them up on a subscription from amazon. I like the simplicity of the ingredients and the fact that they all seemed to be "good" ingredients. The taste is really good compared to other flavors of the same brand. My issue isn't really with the product itself but how amazon stores and fulfills the orders. Over the course of several months on a subscription the consistency in quality was very hit or miss. Sometimes they would be super fresh, but more often than not they wouldn't be. It's hard to know how long they were sitting in a warehouse or the conditions that they were stored in. It clearly affected the quality of the items.I would like to recommend the product, just not from amazon. You would be better off just getting then from the grocery store.
