Great for older guys w/ gut health issues.

I have not lab tested these, so I can only take the manufacturer's word that they are what they say they are. But I have not been harmed in any way taking them and I seem to feel fuller. I'm taking along with other supplements for gut health and I feel great. I believe these are part of a good regimen of healthy eating and supplements to improve overall health.

My tummy feels better. These are great. If your tummy hurts, if you don't get enough fiber, then you need to take these.

The jar seal was loose enough to open the lid without taking off the seal. The seal under the lid was also off partially enough to get pills in or out. Not taking the risk with product

I've been on this for two weeks. The first week I took one pill twice a day and the second week I'm taking two pills twice a day because I don't want any gastric upset. So far I've had no problems.

It helps you lose weight by controlling your appetite, this does work if you are trying to control your eating habits and weight problems
