It's just one of those items where you don't really know if it is working or not. Probiotics are highly reccomended though and this one reivews well.

Tough to rate
There’s no way I’ll motivate myself to take the recommended dosage of 3 capsules 2-3 times a day. I may not see any change with lower dosage but I figure it won’t hurt.

Seems very beneficial
Seems very beneficial now that I have used this for a month. I take these in conjunction with NOW probiotics.

Horrible side effects
I started off with only one capsule, once a day. Horrible gas, cramping and diarrhea. Turns out, inulin supplements have been linked to worsening inflammatory bowel conditions. Guess i should have looked at more research before buying
