Despite the fact that this electrolyte mix does not readily dissolve, I purchase it because it is affordable and because it works. I take regular saunas, which deplete my salts. This causes leg cramps at night and for my hands to lock up. This drink mix eliminates and prevents these problems for me.

I love how subtle the flavor is. Most electrolytes are super sugary and this one isn't. I like that it has a light flavor that reminds me of a very light version of CountryTime Pink Lemonade

Hi-Lyte Lemonade Electrolyte Powder is a great way to add flavor to water without the calories or sugar. I usually get the Pink Lemonade flavor, but they were out, so I tried the regular lemonade, and it didn’t taste quite as good. While I finished the product, the Pink Lemonade flavor is definitely my favorite.

Good quantities of electrolytes, no artificial sweeteners and reasonable price. Has been my go-to for running for several years now.

I’ve been using this for about two weeks now and the taste is becoming less and less tolerable. Plus it leaves a residue in my water bottles. I can’t measure how it’s doing with hydration and electrolytes. If I could, I would return it.

The straight lemonade flavor sucks horribly. Just got it and it doesn’t dissolve well. Even put it in a shaker bottle and after 3 mins of shaking it’s still chunky. It also doesn’t taste like lemonade. It tastes like salty lemon and is chunky. Amazon denied my return even though I’ve only used a couple of scoops.

Good product. You're also helping the environment. 1 jar with 90 servings, instead of 90 plastic bottles of Gatorade.
